• Consideration does not exceed 18 months, and the list of documentation and graphic interpretation of the emblem should comply with the regulations of all republics of the single economic area. The national system of registration of trademarks in Cambodia entitles the trademark to be effective only within the state.

• The application can be submitted not only by corporate clients, but also by natural persons. If the applicant without operating business fails to establish company within the subsequent 5 years after obtaining permission for entrepreneurial activity, he may lose the right to own his trademark. However, for consideration of applications from natural persons, minimum package of documentation is required.

• When sending the package of documents on behalf of the company, full description of the activities and attachment of the list of goods or services, sale or provision of which is the main scope of activity of the enterprise, are required. The narrower is the company's specialization, the easier it is to classify its products and collect the package of official documents.
