4. After conducting two verifications and when satisfactory decision was taken, a certificate on registration of the trademark is issued; otherwise, it is possible to file a claim regarding disagreement with the decision having been taken in accordance with the established procedure, which may be relevant if the trademark registration were not approved for any reasons.
