The procedure requires the participation of patent attorneys and takes up to one month. In case of a decision regarding availability of similar trademark, the commission rejects the application.
  • Next, the author needs to determine the list of services or goods that will be correlated with the brand, and they should correspond to the classic division according to the ICGS.
  • The application is submitted with information about the applicant: name or full name, status, legal address, copy of the document on state registration. Copy of the certificate on assignment of the TRN and 15 images (80x80 mm)  of the trademark with qualitative color transfer are also attached.
