News: Hong Kong will be excluded from the list of offshore Countries

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation raised a decision concerning excluding of special Hong Kong Region from the list of offshore jurisdictions

Important notice: Law&Trust no longer work in Russia. Transfer of operational control over Law&Trust in Russia to local management and the formation of the LegalCraft brand was started in 2022 and came into effect in October 2024.

That decision arise due to ratification of Intercontinental agreement between Hong Kong and Russian Federation. That information is available  in project of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation on the federal website of legal acts.

It should be noticed, that above mentioned notifications on the website of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation shows only the first step in development of that legal act.
