History
It was founded in 1899 as Nicosia Savings Bank. In 1912, it changed its name to Bank of Cyprus and became a public company. In January 2006, Bank of Cyprus Factors Ltd has united with Bank of Cyprus Finance Corporation Ltd into the Bank of Cyprus. In December 2010, it merged with Mortgage Bank of Cyprus Ltd.
