Libya is an Arab state, located within the territory of the African continent. There are two methods of registration in the territory of Libya:

- Registering trademark by natural person, and subsequently establishing company in Libya.
In the first case, you will need large documentation package. The applicant should send the copy of his passport, the application for registration of trademark, as well as the power of attorney to our lawyers. The standard package includes the following:
- Passports of all co-owners and directors, and also shareholders, and less often - investors.
- Extract from the state register of businessmen and the tax services.
- Copy of the Charter and protocol, data from the accounting department on the number of employees.
- Details of the bank account and confirmation of its activity.
