Both natural person and operating company can apply to order trademark registration. There are three means to submit request for all categories of applicants:

- Common trademark (CTM). Registration according to this procedure makes it possible to cover the entire territory of Europe. - International registration of the brand in accordance with the Madrid Protocol. It covers 97 countries around the world, including Austria.
