Information on toughening and enhancement of the Law on deoffshorization

It was reported about the fact of tightening the Law on deoffshorization in the near future

Apparent tightening of the Deoffshorization Act is expected in the nearest time. The foregoing was stated by Sergei Ryabukhin, chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets.

In addition, Sergei Ryabukhin declared that: "We made arrangement with the government during the process of voting in order to amend the act after a year, two, or three years, upon analyzing the effect and efficiency of the Law on deoffshorization. Of course, claims to the law can be put forward. This law should be implemented along with upgrading of penalties and toughening of responsibility by analogy of the legislation of the USA and Europe".
