Singapore joined the BEPS program for more effective combating tax evasion

Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (abbreviated BEPS) is a convention adopted to prevent dilution or erosion of the tax base, counteract tax evasion and withdrawal of capital from taxation.

The above multilateral convention was signed in Singapore not long ago.

Signing of this kind of document was the first in the history of the city-country. By the time Singapore signed the agreement, more than sixty countries have already joined it.
