Investments
The USA is a country of start-ups, quite a large number of new projects are registered each year. When investing, the investor gets the opportunity to obtain an EB-5 visa. It is divided into two most important types:

- obtaining a residence permit as a displaced employee. In this case, the company and the employee must meet a number of criteria. A company should not be new or a startup. The employee can only be relocated after 1 year from the start of work in the main company and must show excellent professional skills, must have experience in a managerial position and company development skills.
The stages are:
- creation of a company or branch;
- obtaining permission to employ a foreign employee;
- registration of an employee in the company or transfer from the parent company;
- visa type L1, L1A / B issuance.
The minimum validity of visa L1 is 1 year, the maximum is 5 years. The period for which the visa will be issued depends on the company and its turnover. After obtaining a visa of category L1, an application for issuing a green card can be submitted. Getting a green card not only has its advantages but imposes special obligations, such as filing tax reports.
If you do not have the goal of being a full-fledged American citizen, but you would like to stay in the territory for a certain amount of time, then you should pay attention to E-1 visas, which are easier to obtain, but they, in turn, do not give the right to obtain a permanent visa residency and need to be constantly renewed.
