- Romania - the relevant license covers the following activities:
- management and hosting services on gaming platforms, including operators with integration platforms tailored to remote gambling, as well as operators of data centers;
- manufacturing, distribution, repair, and maintenance of gaming equipment, including import, export, intra-community acquisition and delivery, or other related activities;
- provision of payment system services. d) Development and/or distribution of gambling-specific software or transmission of casino-related gambling visuals;
- engagement in affiliate programs, certification bodies, auditing, and compliance assessment organizations.
